• Please note that mysantaletter.co.uk does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on any personalised items.
• Personalised Items that arrive damaged or incorrect will be replaced.
• mysantaletter.co.uk has no responsibility to check spelling and grammar of user input text on personalised items. If you notice an error please contact us as soon as possible. If your product has not yet gone to print we can make the relevant changes.
• Items without personalisation are eligible to be returned and then refunded on receipt of goods within 14 days of purchase, in the condition they were sent out.
• Please note that the cut off date for UK orders is, Sunday 19th December 2021.
• Please note that the cut off date for orders anywhere else is, Sunday 5th December 2021.
• Please note that all UK orders are sent First Class, Royal Mail. There are no options for any other delivery service unless you contact the shop and place your order directly.
• Orders outside of the UK, made after Sunday 5th December have no guarantee of arriving before Christmas eve and mysantaletter.co.uk is not liable to refund those orders.
• Orders in the UK made after Sunday 19th December have no guarantee of arriving before Christmas eve and mysantaletter.co.uk is not liable to refund those orders.
• All product images are the property of mysantaletter.co.uk and cannot be used for any other purpose without our explicit permission.
